ZiYuan Channel Ginkgo is the fruit of ginkgo tree. The fruit ripening period is around October, and it is rich in trace elements such as vitamins and carotene. Ginkgo is slightly bitter and has a small amount of toxicity. It should not be eaten too much at one time, preferably about 3 to 5 pieces. Ginkgo can be made salty ginkgo, ginkgo porridge, and white fungus soup.
Peach gum is a resin secreted from the bark of peach trees, also known as peach oil. Its color is yellowish brown, transparent, and it feels very hard. Peach gum has the effect of anti-wrinkle and skin rejuvenation. Soak it in water for more than ten hours when eating it. Peach can be made a lot of food, such as peach gum white fungus curd.

白果為銀杏樹的果實,果實成熟期在10月份左右,具有豐富的維生素,胡蘿蔔素等微量元素。白果微苦,有少量毒性,壹次食用不可過多,3到5顆左右為佳。白果可以做椒鹽白果,白果粥,白果銀耳湯等。
桃膠是桃樹樹皮中分泌的樹脂,又稱為桃油。其顏色呈現黃褐色,透明狀,摸上去很硬。桃膠有抗皺嫩膚的功效。食用的時候,用水泡十個小時以上,才能泡發。桃膠可以做很多美食,比如桃膠銀耳羹,桃膠皂米羹等。
