DIY Spray for Cakes using Powder Food Color | How to Achieve Red Icing | English

We are back AGAIN with another video. Finally I can answer one of the most asked question. Can you use Powder food color for DIY Spray... and the answer is....YES!

Here are the keypoints for this video
*You can use powder food color
*You need to use clear alcohol. Powder food color does not mix with Water
*Dries up quickly compared with gel food color
*NO After taste
*Can be refrigerated after spraying/ decorating the cake

You'll need:

Bottle Spray
Gin/ Any Clear Alcohol
Any Powder Food Color - for this video I used Red color

Tips:
Use disposable gloves and face mask
Make sure your cake is at room temperature. Don't refrigerate it before spraying. You can spray directly after icing the cake.
After spraying set for atleast 30 minutes before adding the other details/decors
You Can refrigerate the cake after spraying.
