Donald Trump on January 20, took oath as the 47th President of the United Sates, and joined the oval office as the supreme leader. From two gender validation to his hard claims on immigrants, the executive orders have already made the headlines. In one such event, U.S. President Trump on Jan 21 said that he was open to Musk buying social media app TikTok if he wanted to do so. The short video app used by 170 million Americans was taken offline temporarily for users shortly before a law on national security grounds. On January 20, Trump signed an executive order delaying the enforcement of a law over concerns that ByteDance could misuse Americans' data. Ahead of Trump’s inauguration, the Supreme Court ruled on January 17, citing national security concerns over ties to China, and may proceed this weekend. Notably, after an extended legal and political battle, the widely-used video-sharing platform TikTok went offline in US on January 18.
