Why the "Hetzer"? Why not Stugs?

Why build the "Hetzer" (Jagdpanzer 38 (t)) in the first place? Why don't continue the productions of Stugs - Sturmgeschütze regular assault guns? For this we talk to the director of the Panzermuseum Munster Ralf Raths.
