Pistol Squat or One Leg Squat is the most sought after skills in Calisthenics. It is one of the few skills in Intermediate Caliesthenics which focuses on your legs.
In this video, we bring to you a step-by-step guide to performing this skill with all the related warm-ups.
Before practicing this, it's recommended that you have a complete squat movement i.e. ATG (Ass to Grass). The lower you go in your basic squat, the better would be your formation to achieve this skill.

Also, the warmup is essential before practicing any such skills.

Form and balance are two key factors which we would focus upon. Its always better to learn a skill slowly and with a good form rather than doing something adhoc and injuring yourself.
