We start an excellent hair care journey 30 days summer hair challenge in this summer for regrow lost hair, get double hair density & long hair in 30 days.
We used Our 6 day routine

So use Today remedy as the first 3 days of this 30 days summer hair challenge.
If you not wash hair daily use one day or alternative days.

We used simple ingredients That easily available in our home & kitchen

Ingredients:
Aloevera /Cooked Rice water fermented
Beet root 1

Beetroot and Aloevera really helpful to clean scal, Remove dandruff and support healthy hair regrowth.

If not get aloevera dont worry use non salted cooked rice water (keep 24 hours in a bowl ) we get fermented cooked rice water.
Cut fresh aloevera then cut the sides dip in water(for remove the yellow poison from the aloevera )
After that take aloevera gel
Then take one full beetroot. Peel the skin. Cut it. Then paste it with small amount aloevera
Then this paste mix with Aloevera gel then filter with a cotton towel.
(You can separate juice then mix with Aloevera then filter it)

Do proper Touch up oiling

Apply entire scalp (you can use hair No issue )
Then 10 minutes later wash you hair
Good water use in hair wash(Not use shampoo if hard waster use hair wash use mild shampoo)

Drink 10-12 glass water.
Skip white sugar(white sugar contained foods)in this 30days.

I will give different hair growth supporting shakes.
Now i am drinking different type of Juices. We called 30 days juice challenge. now its completed 19 days. its an on going routine after getting a fever after 2 nd dose vaccination. That videos uploaded daily evening 7 pm so watch that videos and follow it.
