“In Islam, it an eye for an eye” | Arsalan Mehsood | Fake Encounter | Karachi | Dialogue Pakistan

A student of Grade 12 at the “Hope” college, 16 year old Arslan Mehsud was killed in a fake encounter in Orangi Karachi.

The Police said they were thought to be dacoits and thus fired at but when the victim was killed the Police officials were not even in uniform.

According to his friend, Yasir, who is also injured in the attack, Arslan and Yasir were returning back from tuition when they were stopped by two people in normal clothes. Not knowing it was the Police they tried to flee after which they were shot at. One bullet hit Yasir leaving him injured but the other bullet pierced through Arslan’s chest killing him on the spot.
