My name is Stephanie Chambers. I work here at Mountaineer RV as a Service Advisor. One of the things I really love about Lightspeed DMS is the fact that it actually intertwines with everything inside the entire building - Parts, Service, Warranty... Everything. So I can put a notification in and say "hey parts guy, I need this" and he can add it to that RO and notify me without having to pick up the phone - without looking at me - without doing any of that. Lightspeed just as that interconnected to where you can do everything within the app or within the computer systems. We have an iPad that has Lightspeed DMS loaded on it and we'll take that iPad outside. We'll actually start our repair orders on that iPad in real time verses having to run back and forth. And then you can always capture the customers information - pictures - tech notes - and you can even take payment and everything with the app as well.
