1. Resin-bonded diamond abrasive belt
Features:

The binder is resin, the abrasive grains are well coated and have high toughness.

Good self-sharpening and low heat generation during processing.

The abrasive grains are evenly distributed and suitable for fine processing.

Application range:

Hard and brittle materials: precision grinding and polishing of glass, ceramics, quartz, and semiconductor materials (such as silicon wafers).

Superhard alloys: surface finishing of cemented carbide tools and tungsten steel parts.

Composites: processing of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and ceramic-based composites.

Optical components: edge grinding of sapphire screens and optical lenses.

Others: coarse to fine grinding of non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as stone and agate.

Advantages: Suitable for workpieces with high requirements for surface finish or prone to heat damage.

2. Electroplating bond diamond abrasive belt
Features:

The diamond abrasive grains are fixed on the substrate through the electroplating process, and the bonding strength is high.

The abrasive grains are prominent, the cutting force is strong, and the wear resistance is excellent.

The heat dissipation is good, but the chip space is small.

Application range:

High-hardness metals: heavy-duty grinding of titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys (such as nickel-based alloys), and hardened steel.

Aerospace field: Forming grinding of difficult-to-process materials such as aircraft engine blades and landing gear.

Automotive industry: Rapid excess removal processing of high-strength components such as brake discs and crankshafts.
