Blue Lagoon Mocktail Written Recipe with Directions:

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:

-Water (pani) ½ cup
-Sugar (Cheeni) 2 tbs
-Lemon (nimbu) 2 drops

Ingredients for Blue Lagoon Syrup:

-Water (pani) ½ cup
-Sugar (Cheeni) 3 tbs
-Cinnamon stick 1
-Black peppercorns (Kali mirch sabut) 4
-Lemon 2 grated
- Ginger (adrak) ½ inch (mash it in a pestle)
-Blue liquid color 2 drops

Ingredients for Blue Lagoon Mocktail:

-Ice cubes
-Sugar syrup 2 tbs
-Lemon slices 3 (remove seeds)
-Blue Lagoon syrup
-White soda or Sprite/7up
-Fresh Coriander leaves

Directions for Sugar Syrup:

-In a wok, add water and sugar. Turn on the flame and melt the sugar. After melting the sugar, cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then add lemon drops.

Directions for Blue Lagoon Syrup:

-In a wok, add water, sugar, cinnamon stick, Black peppercorn, grated lemon, and ginger and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium to low flame.
-Now add blue color to it. Mix well.
-Strain it and let it cool.

Directions for Blue Lagoon Mocktail:

-Taka a glass, add ice cubes, sugar syrup, lemon slices, blue lagoon syrup, white soda, and fresh coriander leaves, and mix well.
-Serve and Enjoy the Drink!

Tips and Tricks:

-You can also use blue powder color.
-To remove the finger stains from the glass, dip the glass in the bowl of water.
