One year ago at Horizon Consulting Partners we sat down with franchise owner of Rooterman Plumbing number One plumbing franchise in the United States part of Premium Service Brands of St. Louis, and now friend Reggie Jennings.

As we celebrate Black History Month, and how far this country has come, we can celebrate the success of young entrepreneur who in his own words explains what advice he would give to someone who is considering franchise business ownership, or business ownership in general.

In Reggies own words his advice to others aspiring entrepreneurs:
1. No Risk, No Reward
2. You have to give something to gain something in life
3. Stay Encouraged
4. He did this for his Son, Family, and Friends
5. You must have perseverance

This year he is adding staff to his franchise business, scaling his model, becoming a pillar of the community, and a inspiration to youth and his generation that you can accomplish anything you want as long as you work for it. He understands hard work, dedication.
