The flow starts active to help release unwanted stress from your busy day, then gradually moves to a slower, more gentle pace at the end. For desk-dwellers, there are some postures to undo some of the tightness from being sat at a desk. You can expect welcome twists, juicy bends and easy inversions to boost circulation and relieve any tension leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for the evening.
