The song is fun. The first live vid below has great energy (even though it sounds like it's pre-recorded, or not the actual live audio). The bass part isn't very interesting though, but you can easily spice it up and make it a lot of fun. I'm also pretty sure it was originally synth on the track as well. In the newer live videos, they use synth and keytar, and no real bass. As I have it tabbed out now, it's a workout for the left hand to do the octaves throughout. A low action and a short scale bass help prevent cramping on this one. The right hand has a couple tricky spots, but overall isn't bad.

I've tabbed this out so the bass sounds good, all the pitches are correct, and the rhythm is correct as well as best as I can hear. The only tabs that really exist for the song have it basically real brain-dead 2-2-2-r-2-2-2-r as straight 8th notes with no variation. Pitchwise, it works, but it's not accurate.
I added in some of the notable synth stuff. There are other synth fills you can hear. Add them in if you'd like.
If you disagree with how I've tabbed it, that's okay. No hard feelings :)

The Part at 41, or 1:16 is done on the synth originally

The Bassist when it was released Looks like it is Mike Percy who also did guitars and keyboards, so it would fit that it was synthed.

0:34 - higher up on the neck

0:41 shows slapp, but you can clearly hear he's not slapping. Again, it seems pre recorded. The bassist is sliding all around the fretboard, but the pitches aren't right. On to the next one
