The second song we performed at our debut stage was "HEY ∞ WA！" choreographed by Yosakoi 8!! We're so happy to dance "HEY ∞ WA！", a song made to be a so-odori for all the yosakoi lovers across the world!
デビュー舞台の２曲目はよさこい８さんの「HEY ∞ WA！」！！世界中のよさこい人の総踊りとして作られたこの曲を多国籍のチームでおどることができたことは非常に嬉しいです！

We're "APPARE Yosakoi Vancouver" a Yosakoi (Japanese dance) team in Vancouver!
私たち「APPARE Yosakoi Vancouver」はバンクーバーで活動しているよさこいチームです！

Our team concept is to light up the city and the people in Vancouver. As you know this city is known as RAINcouver, which has a lot of rain and many people here suffer from depression. The name has double meanings; "the kanji for APPARE is 天晴 meaning clear the sky" and "あっぱれ is a word people shout out after seeing an excellent performance.
チーム名「APPARE」には当て字の「天晴」から、雨が多いバンクーバーの空を太陽のように明るく晴れやかに照らすという意味と、演舞の後には「あっぱれ」、つまり"Excellent!" "Wonderful!"って言ってもらえるようになろう！という意気込みの２つの意味があります！
