This is the first day of my trip on my trip on the Gasconade river. This was to be a trip of the entire river. I made it 109 miles. Weather moved in and for safety, I got off the river. I had to portage over numerous trees downed by the recent floods. This is a long video, but well worth watching to the end. There are a few nice, but small waterfalls towards the end.
