Work process:

0:50 First step: at first log in your Cpanel and go to file manager.

1:00 2nd step: Then go to wp-admin sub-folder and create new file called php.ini

1:35 3rd step: after completed create the file click edit and paste below the code here,
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 32M;
safe_mode = off;
