Situated just 60 km north of Sesriem, the gateway to Sossusvlei, cradled against the fossilized dunes, the Namib Desert Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore the attractions in the area.

Set amongst palm trees the lodge has a large veranda where guests can sit and enjoy the beautiful view with a drink from the well-stocked bar. Buffet style breakfast and dinner are served at the restaurant as well as a small selection of light lunches can be ordered on request. One of the two sparkling pools will provide welcome refuge from the desert heat.

The lodge has 65 comfortable, en-suite rooms, all equipped with twin beds and air-conditioning. 4 of these rooms contain an additional bed to make triple rooms and 5 others sleep 4 people to make family suites.
