Binaural beats are created by playing two slightly different frequencies in the left and right ear. Your brain perceives a third “beat” frequency equal to the difference between the two tones (for example, 210 Hz left + 218 Hz right → perceived 8 Hz). This perceived beat can help the brain “entrain” to that frequency band (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma), supporting states like relaxation, focused attention, deep meditation, or restorative sleep.

How to use:
👉 Use stereo headphones — binaural beats require separate left/right channels.
👉Volume: keep at a comfortable, not loud level. Bass should be felt but not uncomfortable.
