Would you like a sunrise view or a sunset view? When thinking about this in St. Johns County, you'll want to consider the heat from the sun. Choosing a westward facing home will have the hot sun shining down on your home for a majority of the day. My suggestion would be either a Southwest or Northwest facing home to get beautiful sunset views, and not receive heat from the sun.
