Eggplant or Begun fried is very popular village food for villagers. We have fried eggplant using some fish & it was delicious. It was actually 7-8 village boys picnic.

Some village boys plant to fry fish & eggplant in different style. They just make a hole in every eggplant then clean the fish and put the fish under eggplant and mixed up some masala with it then fried it in the oil.
