Today was the day I said enough is enough. I got on the scale only to get a shock at the number looking back at me. I decided I can't keep going like this. I can't keep yo yo dieting, burning out and making myself so busy that self care is simply an after thought.

Long term goals.
Weight around 75kg
10 chin ups in a row
5 pull ups in a row
20 full press ups in a row
handstand for 10 secs
Front Splits
Box Splits
Improved Cobra and Bridge bend
L-Sit
Frog stand for over 10 secs
1 muscle up by end of 2025
Run Half Marathon

Short Term Goals
Get below 95kg (My comfy/confident weight)
3 chin ups in a row
1 pull up
1 full press up
Frog stand 5 seconds
Handstand against wall
Deep Squat
5km run non stop
