We used inframammary incisions to remove the old implants than to replace them with 650 CC cohesive silicone gel implants. The result is stunning and natural. You can see her cleavage is gorgeous with fairly sizable implants, but she's tall and has a broader frame. I think it fits her perfectly and accomplished her goal.
