This session has been designed for any beginner who wants to start practicing yoga at home but not really sure how to start, here you can start practicing from the basics as Warmup, then to start Surya Namaskar, here in this video I have practiced 15 SuryaNamaskar, but if you are not able to do so many then you can also start practice 5 numbers.
Moving forwards to asana practice which is basic and very simple. once you complete then try to pra rice Pranayama which is very important after asana to get deeper into yoga practice, then quick meditation practice for a few minutes. After meditation, you are going to practice Shavasana which is much important, and without this, your Yoga session is not important.

Asana Practice which is don't here is more like a Hatha yoga Practice where you are going to stay in your pra tice with your breath awareness and focus on the body. As we have added more Suryanamaskara to the practice this is also helpful for toning up your body or weight loss yoga at home.
