My rules for the championship:

(This is my personal game play, which is why these won’t have commentary on them. So i set the rules for myself only, not to impress but to enjoy and improve, and so you can follow my full process)

I want to keep the difficulty constant so i can see my progress and feel like it's always fair but i might change difficulty at some point if it gets too easy or too hard but starting with 65% difficulty.

100% length laps. No rewind, always in the helmet view except when the helmet camera is too limited, then i need 3rd person to re-enter the track, or if i’m goofing around not making a fast lap.

I would like MotoGP 25 having bike recovery but it doesn't, and the second best option would be the game simulating how long it takes to recover the bike even if it doesn't have manual bike recovery but it doesn't, and my opponents get up instantly too, so my solution is to play with the same rules as the AI but my additional rule for creating some more realism:
if the crash was at a really high speed and looked like there should be nothing left of the bike i'll retire.
if it's a medium speed crash or the bike just slides from a higher speed and i feel it could be salvageable i'll pick it up only once.
If it's a slow speed crash i'll pick up the bike up to two times.

All main race videos will be 45-60min long so if anyone wants to watch the race and not be spoiled by me falling in the first corner, i will fill the rest of the time with practicing the same track in time attack.

I have won multiple races with 100% difficulty from 1st person in past MotoGP titles but it takes a lot of hours of practice per track and everything has to go perfectly. Over a full season without rewinds i suspect it’s nearly impossible. I hope to win a season with 80% difficulty some day but honestly even 40% will give you the greatest feeling.

Helmet camera races and time attacks have different expectations because it’s so much more difficult. Feel free to laugh at my lap times but i welcome you to try a full length race from the helmet view..

I want to get people into using it, and would love to see your lap times through the helmet and would love seeing videos where you are faster than me, it would inspire me to learn more.

Bike damage is graphical only. Would love to have it on but in 1st person it’s impossible to avoid collisions and with damage on i would finish last in most races because of a collision damaged bike. Damage is on for all other sessions than races.

Tire wear and fuel consumption on.

I’m creating these so you see my actual game play and to archive these for myself.

I wish the game was 1:1 with real life but it’s not so what the game allows me to do are the rules of the championship, with reason, like i won’t cut across the grass to gain 4sec.

Stewards are set to the lowest setting because otherwise i would be punished with long laps penalties every lap because collisions can’t be avoided from the helmer cam. If i cut a corner or do something crazy i’ll try to police myself.
If i tacle another rider and they fall good for me, because they’ll be tackling me much more hehe.
