Dry Wood Termites Cryptotermes Brevis

During a Building and Pest inspection Today we found dry wood termites..Now these termites are an invasive specie and must be reported to the DPI..If These Termites get established we are in big trouble so hopefully our government can get them under control.We are not allowed to treat them only the dpi . I have found them 4 times over the last 2 years and the dpi have taken over and fumigated the homes. It is a massive undertaking as they have to seal off the whole structure in a tent then they fumigate..the home owners have to be out of the house for at least a week... Not a pleasant thing but we do not need them as they cause massive amounts of damage around the world .
