'Dangerous moment' for U.S. banking system; once a small bank fails there are systemic consequences

Описание к видео 'Dangerous moment' for U.S. banking system; once a small bank fails there are systemic consequences

Nouriel Roubini, CEO of Roubini Macro Associates, NYU Professor Emeritus, former White House senior economist under U.S. President Clinton and author of Megathreats, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss inflation, rate hikes and the banking system woes. Roubini says central banks are damned if they raise rates more and damned if they don't. He adds the U.S. is heading towards a hard landing amid persistent inflation. Roubini advises investors to avoid large exposure to fixed income in their portfolio and instead buy short-term treasures, gold and assets that can hedge against inflation.
