In this week’s Homenastics, Coach Tony & Lea show us how to use a Sweet Spot, a Perfect Placement Bar, and a 30x30x30 Barrel to reinforce the “shoulder lean” in cast handstands and free hips. Watch how Lea pushes tall in her shoulders, keeps her head neutral, and tries to keep nice straight legs. The colors on the Perfect Placement bar act as a helpful visual as Coach Tony directs Lea through each exercise!
