This Choeyang (prayers in the form of a song) teaches oneself, how to inculcate the kind of state of mind that is required while chanting Om Mani Padme Hun or while meditating (visualizing Chenrezig).

Advice from Guru(s) on how to use it for meditating:
Imprint the image of Chenrezig in your mind, Then while listening to this audio, close your eyes and only focus on the "Om Mani Padme Hun" syllables. If your mind is distracted in between, just notice it's wandering and try bringing back the focus on "Om Mani Padme Hun". When you are able to understand the entire choeyang, then you can visualize the lyrics. Ultimately the objective is to calm your monkey mind and progress to greater forms of meditation.
