STITCHmaster is an Auto-feed, Programmable wire stitching machine that produces about 50,000 to 60,000 exercise notebooks in a shift perfectly stitched at exact location set in the Touch Screen Display. Finish of the book is the same as that of any onilne machine at minimum cost and easiest operating.
After feeding flat books before folding, just set the length of book, no. of stitches and distance between stitches and get the superb stitching finish by the deluxe or hohner stitching heads, in minimum make-ready time.
The book is automatically carried by the gripper to the next stitching location by the Servo Motor.
The book is further carried for folding & squaring consecutively.
