This is an incredibly strong Off-Meta One Bar Heavy Attack Sorcerer build that can solo any solo content in the game on any difficulty, but it is configured specifically for ESO's new content: The Endless Archive. It will help you get on the Weekly Leaderboards and get gold quality Endless Archive Class Set gear weekly rewards! More importantly, it is specifically balanced around getting to higher arcs and has currently hit just short of Arc 10!
