Is Abstinence Damaging to Marriage? | GOOD NEWS ABOUT SEX & MARRIAGE

Couldn't abstaining from sex to avoid a pregnancy be even more damaging to your marriage than using contraception? Isn't refusing to have sex in order to avoid a child even more a contradiction of your wedding vows than just having protected sex?
Well, in order to address these questions we need to distinguish between two types of abstinence: one which is a profound act of love, and the other which can be very damaging to a marriage.
