This video is so important to us because fitness should not be about losing or gaining weight. Instead, it should focus on getting healthy and living at your highest potential where you feel the best. So many fitness programs focus on weight loss and getting you down to X size, and not enough focus on the actual health side of things. RGF not only hosts community oriented workouts but, they address mental health and how you view and talk to yourself.The leaders of Raleigh Group Fitness do a phenomenal job at making sure that no matter your height, size or body type, that you feel comfortable, accepted, and loved in their space.
