Ingredients:

1 lbs Fresh rice noodles
2-3 stalks of green onion,
1 bunch of bean sprouts,
1 lbs beef steak, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced optional

Meat Marinate:
2 tsp soy sauce,
1.5 tsp dark soy sauce,
1/2 tsp sugar,
1/2 baking soda (tenderizer)
1.5 tsp cornstarch,
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Noodle Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tbsp dark soy sauce,
1 tsp sugar,
1/4 tsp chicken bouillon optional
