Sambal terung berlada, lauk yang tak boleh reject, mau tambah nasi berkali-kali. Bila kita masak sendiri nak lebihkan pedas atau lebihkan ikan bilis, ikut selera anak tekak masing-masing. Baru puas makan. Saya kongsikan juga beberapa tips jadi tengok video ni sampai habis ya!

6 biji terung saiz sedang
1 cawan ikan bilis
4 tangkai cili merah
1 biji tomato
1 bawang besar
4 bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
2 tangkai cili padi
1 sk belacan
1.5 sb gula
1 sk garam
1 sk serbuk ikan bilis
minyak menggoreng

Ingredients
6 medium sized eggplants
1 cup anchovies
4 stalks of red chili
1 tomato
1 large onion
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of chili rice
1 sk shrimp paste
1.5 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp anchovy powder
