Ted Kennedy Jr. is a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice at Epstein Becker Green. He is also long-time advocate for disabled people as he is a pediatric bone cancer survivor and amputee. He has been the Chair of the Board for the American Association for People with Disabilities (AAPD) since 2017. He also served as a State Senator in the Connecticut General Assembly from 2015-2019.

Judy Heumann is an internationally recognized leader in the disability community and a lifelong civil rights advocate for disadvantaged people. She served as the first Special Advisor for International Disability Rights at the U.S. Department of State from 2010 – 2017 under the Obama Administration. Recently, Judy has been building "The Heumann Perspective" through social media to broaden and spur discussions on the intersectionality of disability rights.
