In this lesson, we're going to take a look at some of the advantages of using methanol as a fuel, as well as why you might not want to use methanol fuel. In some cases, methanol is even illegal to use not just in a street car but at some race venues. We're also going to take a look at why some setups, drag racers in particular, do not run an intercooler when using methanol fuel, as well as how the target air-fuel ratios and exhaust gas temperatures are different to gasoline and even ethanol fuel blends.
