Ingredients :

Marination :

350 gms Prawns (peeled, deveined & washed well)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Other Ingredients :

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
½ tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds)
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
1 sprig Curry Leaves (kadi patta)
2 medium size (200 gms) Onions - finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 medium size (180 gms) Tomatoes - finely chopped
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
120 ml Hot Water
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
75 ml Boiling Hot Water
3 to 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)


Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
