5 Minute Bell Intervals:

👉 Low-Pitched Bell:
Marks the beginning and end of the meditation.


👉 High-Pitched 5 Minute Bells
:
A reminder to focus back on the practice; to bring awareness back to your
center; unidentified, impartial & unmoved as the observer of your inner world.


These intervals also serve to be used as you wish for stages of meditation
(such as '8 Limbs of Yoga'). For example, you can use the first 5 minutes for relaxation,
the next 5 minutes for pranayama, the next 5 minutes for concentration,
then the next 5 minutes for meditation... it's up to you!
