The mission of the Positive Vibrations Foundation is to create and encourage community through the development and preservation of the arts, music, culture and heritage. The Foundation promotes and underwrites music for progressive community festivals and events, supports music performance and industry education programs for youth, and provides the public with educational videos showcasing the musical artists and unique culture of the Gulf South.

Positive Vibrations presents the Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo Music & Arts Festival, the Bywater Mirliton Festival, and is a proud sponsor of the Jazz in the Park Concert Series in Armstrong Park. We provide fellowships to our Summer Arts through Culture Program as well as other youth-focused initiatives such as New Orleans Youth and Sound Experience (NOYSE) and Congo Kids.
