Welcome to advanced yoga flow – a strong, full body practice designed to build strength, flexibility and focus.

In this practice we will:
Warm up with wrist preparation, long plank holds and active backbends
Flow through a powerful lower body sequence – chair, bound high lunge, pyramid pose, warrior 3
Move into standing twists, progressing towards bound variations
Deepen hip mobility with lizard lunge and work into flying splits
Challenge your core and stability with a dynamic side plank sequence
Move into low lunge backbends and then front splits (hanumanasana)
Explore a strong backbend sequence – extended puppy pose, active bow pose and camel
Challenge your balance and focus with forearm stand
Warm down in supine baddha konasana and complete your practice in shavasana
