When planning for the exit for your property, selling at the wrong timing might be the difference to being able to make couple of Hundred Thousand dollars more in terms of profit. What are the factors to consider that makes selling now or holding a better choice? We are here to find out now!

In this episode of #SOHOW, I will be using 2 locations as an example, where different unit types in the same development performs differently in terms of their performance in profit making when selling early and/or selling late. Showing you what are the factors to be considered when you are crafting your exit strategy based on the type of units you are holding, as well as the demographics and situation your property is located. This will clearly show you sometimes, for certain units it will be beneficial to exit earlier while for certain units, holding on for a longer period might be a better choice. Besides building the foundation to a profit making property journey explained in my previous video, it is equally important to have a clear exit strategy in place, knowing when to reap the benefits you have sowed previously when selecting a unit. As there are various factors to be considered, please be informed that this strategy may or may not work the same for your property but to give you a guide on how you can plan ahead for yourself.
