The Ryzen 5 8500G with 740M Graphics - This "Budget" AM5 APU Definitely Cuts Some Corners...

Today we're looking at the lower cost AMD Ryzen 8000 series APU, the Ryzen 5 8500G. This processor has 6 cores, 12 threads and Radeon 740M RDNA 3 graphics, which compared to the iGPU in the 8600G and 8700G, are a bit more cut-down.

Furthermore, there is one more significant change that you should probably be aware of regarding discrete GPUs, especially when it comes to gaming. I'll also be comparing it to the budget-friendly 7500F, and talking about whether
that CPU makes more sense.
