Otis gen2 lift at one of the new tower blocks at Dockside in Chatham.

There are 2 lifts but only one stops at the ground floor!

It has taken me a several atempts to get into this tower (There isn't a trade button). This time someone hadn't shut the door proberly, so I was able to get in.
