As we continue on our series of RAID Open Water 20 Confined Water Skills while in neutral buoyancy and proper trim, today's tutorial will cover recovering a lost regulator by using the reach method. We learn this skill because in the unlikely event that the regulator falls out or is pulled from the mouth, we can comfortably recover the regulator and keep diving.

Feel free to pause and rewind to really hone in on your own skills and development.

This tutorial can be used by new divers about to begin Open Water 20 or those wanting to study for their Instructors Development Program.
