Ingredients:

Boil Chickpeas:

Chole-1.5 cup
Cinnamon stick-1
Bayleaf-2
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Water- approx 4 -5 cup

Puree:
Tomato-3
Ginger garlic paste

Gravy:
Oil-4 tbspn
Cinnamon stick-1
Bayleaf-2
Green cardamom-2-3
Cloves-2-3
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Heeng-1/4th tsp
Finely Diced Onion-2
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Tomato puree
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Boiled chole- mash approx 1/4th cup
Green chillies-2-3
Rest of boiled chole
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Cooking Cream 3-4 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder-1 tsp
Chopped cilantro
