橙色大笨象本集的特別嘉賓是解淑青. Yvonne曾任商業電台和華僑之聲主持，為了承繼父親事業，九年前毅然放棄個人職業，堅持經營具有73年歷史的ABC餅店。
ABC從旺角嘅高級俄羅斯西餐廳，到中環結志街嘅餅屋，再到今曰坐落於灣仔皇后大道東糕點店，歷史悠久。九年前解淑菁成為ABC解家第三代傳人。Yvonne今集會分享這三代的傳承，這不僅是一個餅舖的傳奇，也是屬於香港人的精彩故事。

In order to carry on her father's family business, Yvonne Kai gave up her personal career nine years ago, determined to manage the renowned 73-year-old ABC brand. From a high-end Russian restaurant in Mong Kok to a bakery on Gage Street in Central, and now to a pastry shop on Queen's Road East in Wan Chai, its wonderful story is part of the history and people of Hong Kong. Yvonne talks about her family legacy and the challenges along the way.
