I had a hard time following the guides on this achievement (especially with dpsing the dwarves down to the right hp, time, etc). So I decided to do it via trial and error, and this is what I came up with after hours of failed attempts.

Update***The strat also works with 25 man. Only difference is that there are more adds and more turrets to build, so you have to watch out for the engineers. DO NOT let them die while they are building the turrets. Once they've built all 4 turrets, you should have enough adds. So, just use all the turrets to pin the boss down, get her to 50%, watch out for breath, let adds turn blue, then AOE.

Also includes (unintentionally) the achievement: Quick Shave.
