This program targets all your muscle groups, so you will be guaranteed that you results will show. This demanding program does not only challenge you physically, but also teaches you self-motivation. There are 3 phases in this program.

Phase 1: This is where you build your foundation. This phase will challenge you the most, and will burn the most calories. Phase 1 is the most important phase of the workout program.

Phase 2. This is where you build your strength and muscle. During this phase, you will start seeing your muscle definition become more apparent and will leave you feeling the most sore.

Phase 3. This is where you build power and explosive strength. This phase is very demanding and requires little to no rest during the whole entire exercise. Your body will tighten up during this phase and your results will all come into place.
