This is another DOCTOR REACTS video watching Modern Family. I'm following on from watching Starry Night from season 1 to an episode from season 2 called "Someone to Watch Over Lily", where Clare is taking Luke for a neurodevelopmental assessment. That means we get to continue discussing whether Luke and Phil have ADHD and how this is affecting them, including the inattentive, hyperactive and impulsive symptoms.
