Ingredients:

Mashed Potatoes

My pot is 2 quaters.

Potatoes - 3-3.5 lb
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 6 oz (3/4 cup) - 8 oz (1 cup). Sometimes more. Watch as the potatoes are getting mashed - try not to make them too thick nor too liquidy.
Unsolted Butter - 4 oz (1/2 cup)

I had 2 types of potatoes; white and yellow, a bit of each, so I cooked them together. This had no effect on the food.

Fried Pork Neck/Butt With Onions

Pork Neck - 3-4 lb
Onion - 3-4 medium sized
Salt
Pepper
Bay Leaf - 1-2 pieces
Spices
